Mr. Vega is a Civil Engineer who has practiced in Loudoun for over three decades.  During that time, he was honored to advise the Tillett family on entitlements as they evaluated potential sales of various portions of their land.  He enjoyed the discussions with Mr. Tillett and his advisors as they considered the best and highest use for the property as Loudoun County grew around their homestead.

Jack is honored to serve on many other boards in Loudoun and the Commonwealth of Virginia.  He is a Director for Loudoun Water, the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, an Executive Board Member of Virginia Tech’s Land Development Design Initiative (LDDI), the Virginia Community College Foundation’s A. James Clark Engineering Transfer Pipeline Program Advisory Board and a past member of the Board of Directors for the Committee for Dulles and the Engineers and Surveyors Institute (ESI).  Mr. Vega is passionate about mentoring future engineers and STEM education and is a past Board Member of a local chapter of the ACE Mentor Program and supports the MATHCOUNTS™ Competition.
