Guy Gravett 

Guy M. Gravett is the Principal Broker of Farms and Acreage, Inc.  He has known Bill Tillett as both a friend and a client since the late 1980s, assisting him in the sale of portions of his family's beloved Tilltop Farm.  Bill created The Tillett Charitable Foundation on February 9, 2021, establishing a legacy that honors the Tillett family’s long-standing heritage in Loudoun County.  Following Bill’s transition to Director Emeritus, Guy was honored to assume the role of President of the Tillett Charitable Foundation.

Guy also serves as Partner and Principal Broker of BM Smith,Inc. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Claude Moore Charitable Foundation, Secretary of the Arrowbrook Management Corporation, and Trustee Emeritus at Wakefield School.

 His professional affiliations include Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Northern Virginia Transportation Authority (NVTA), Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and The Committee for Dulles.
